Kathy Patalsky, Creator of The Lunchbox Bunch

Kathy Patalsky is the creator of the healthy kids brand The Lunchbox Bunch. Kathy's LBB mission? Turn ordinary kids into healthy eating, kid-chef superstars! Each with a curiosity to taste, love and learn about a wide variety of fruits and veggies.

Kathy grew up in Santa Cruz California where her passion for healthy vegan cooking and eating, food photography, green living and art, began. Kathy received her B.S in Health Promotion from American University in Washington DC.

As a vegan self-taught chef, she specializes in cuisine that is organic, vegan and seasonal. Kathy's blog Healthy. Happy. Life. features recipes, wellness tips, super foods, travel quips and wellness news.

An artist at heart, Kathy has contributed her creativity to numerous projects in the food, film, fashion, publishing and fine art industries. She has authored three children's book through her Lunchbox Bunch brand.

Kathy currently lives in New York City with her husband and cat Nelly. NYC offers much art, life and foodie inspiration for Kathy, but she maintains the status of 'California Girl' in her heart...
